Arts & crafts day

Me and Lula took out the bin of arts & crafts stuff I found at Publix awhile back. It was pretty sweet and I only paid like $1.50 for it!! They are sitting on top of the Yuengling in the pic.

Here is what she made with a little help from mommy and a LOT of glue.

She had so much fun! Unfortunately I don't think my table will ever be glue free

Stupid Bills

So we were doing real good on paying down our loans. It got a little crazy and I got a little too involved with Mr. Dave Ramsey but hey...it did work. Just a few months of doing it and our account balance went down. And it isn't like we owe a whole lot...about $26,000 on the vehicles and another $22,000 for my student loan (blech) and of course the house which I'm not even including because we have no intention of paying it off. We should be selling it as soon as we get the cars (possibly the student loan) paid off. That's IT! No credit cards. No personal loans. A tiny $48,000 in debt. I have heard of people who had nearly that much just in credit cards!! *CRAZY!!!*

So now it is back to doing good and paying the stuff off. First is the SUV. I will post the balance somewhere around the first of every month :) Hopefully I will see the difference. As of today we owe:

$10,489.57

Updating the House

Sooo...we are updating the house. New paint, floors fixtures etc etc etc. Ugh. But every little bit helps and when you spend $300 on stuff to do it with every little bit helps. If you haven't signed up yet for the Home Depot Movers Club then you should! Get a 10% off coupon!

Ace-hole

Dear old man at Ace Hardware,

I really appreciate you mixing my paint for me. You are a very sweet man. However, I don't understand why it's so hard it is to read the directions and mix the paint CORRECTLY!! I am so thankful that because of you I had to put 3 coats of paint on my living room walls. And that there are STILL spots that need touch ups. Who knew painting with a shade lighter paint on the first coat would make my living room look like a one armed midget painted it. At least the second gallon you mixed was the right color and my living room no longer looks pink.

Thank you again for your awesome paint mixing skills. Without it I would have saved myself hours of time and backache.

Countdown to IUI!!!

We have decided to go through with the IUI procedure. We would have done it my last cycle but we were in new York at the time so now it looks like June 24th I will start and make the phone call to go into the fertility clinic!! I hope this works!! I hope even more that a miracle like last time happens and I end up pregnant on my own and that my little bean sticks. Of course now that I am WANTING it to happen it won't but at least we will be able to try the IUI this time. Soooo...18 more days!! Yay!

Update on us

We are heading to New York soon to visit hubby's family and going to the city for a day too! Super excited!!

I'm still not pregnant.

I've almost completed my diaper stockpile...which scares me because I don't know what I will obsess about now. I was only going to go through Size 3 but I might go ahead and get 4's and 5's just cause I can.

I love my diapers. Lol.

We haven't done much of anything with the land. I guess we will worry about that when we get back home. We aren't really in any hurry.

Lula is doing good. Still a total princess. Still a good baby.
